Hello,
NTA requires the cast certificate which should be issued by state or preferably by central government.
If the SDO provides you with the same then its enough to get it approved.
For any further clarification you can reach out to the authority for clearance.

Sir I have Bihar Sarkar SDO level certificate. I was try to make the certificate of central government (OBC ncl) but by mistake it was formed Bihar Sarkar SDO level certificate.
