caste quota or we sad that a reservation is applied in basically most of India's colleges maybe some colleges in India who not follow this rule. 

yes, self-finance seats in M.B.B.S colleges also filled according to caste quota but  not the way you think they have some method or us sad that  they have some processer or algorithms with they used to follow to fill a seat and what caste of student they may pick to full fill they percentage or quota of the colleges.
