I had applied for my passport but they are not taking my NWAC certificate for ECR in goa

I had apply for passport but they are not expecting the certificate for ECR

According to eligibility criteria of NEET, a candidate must have cleared their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. NWAC is a valid and recognized board not only in India but all over the globe. NWAC board is recognized by AIU(Association of Indian Universities). You can check the recognition certificate of AIU from the official website of NWAC i.e. https://www.seriindia.org/govt-approval.php#prettyPhoto/1/
