Both colleges are well known colleges of du in terms of bsc. But when given a choice one should always go for sgtb khalsa. Khalsa is consider better than shivaji in terms of faculty and is one among the top bsc colleges in du.

Rest you can opt accordingly, if you belong to sikh minority category you may easily get admission to sgtb khalsa with even very lesser percentage whereas Shivaji college don't have sikh minority .
