No there is no any requirement of any kind of cheque neither signed nor un-signed in IPUCET 2022 application form. It only requires the image of your signature and photograph in prescribed specifications :-

>>>>>> The candidate should upload his/her recent colour photograph with white background of size as specified. Your face should cover about 75% of the photograph (without attestation) taken on or after 01st January of the admission year.

>>>>>> The candidate should also upload his / her scanned signature and scanned left thumb impression.

**** Photograph should not have cap, goggles etc. (Spectacles are allowed).

**** The face of the candidate should cover about 75% of the photo.

IPUCET 2022 application form has been released and the application process will continues till April 30th 2022.
