Hi Lakshyajit,
There is no book that can be declared as the best book or the only book one should refer to for cracking NEET.
The candidate appearing for NEET should have clear concepts, especially in Physics, you should have clear understanding about every topic. Now different books cater to different individual & their needs. Few feel H.C. Verma is very crucial for cracking NEET & JEE & they prefer to do every numerical from it to understand their concepts. Few refer to S.L. Arora or comprehensive physics.
So, nothing cannot be told as 'sufficient' for NEET. But make sure to cover the NCERT syllabus. This is prescribed by NTA too. Please do not neglect NCERT & be thorough with it then for reference & studying chapters in detail, you can read any book of your choice that helps you in understanding things easily.
Do not read too many books for a single topic as that maybe stressful & confusing. Stick to one book & follow it carefully. If you are reading S.L. Arora then go for it. Study NCERT along with it & solve numericals from previous year's question papers & mock tests.

Hi
Sl aurora is specifically physics book writer whose books are generally referred for boards and iit and to some extent jee mains preparation as per my knowledge it contains the answers for ncert problems but in a more detailed and understandable way. It is not good for neet and not sufficient at all.
As for physics in neet read ncert textbook and go for h.c verma for clearing concepts and dc pandey for solving mcqs. Not only clearing concepts is enough you need to be very efficient in answering questions. D.c pandey helps with different mcq solving techniques.
For all subjects go for ncert text books and refer true man's objective for biology and GRB A of physical chemistry and elementary problems in organic chemistry

Hello,
SL Arora is a Quiet good book which consists of NCERT problems in a detailed manner and it also contains some good conceptual questions. This book is meant for IIT and board exam preparations. So i don't think this bool is sufficient for NEET. So better refer NCERT, Dinesh, DC Pandey etc. for NEET preparation.
Hope this information will help you, for more details refer,
