is software companies allow electrical students (mtech in NIT) for placements if yes say how the real scenario will be ?

yeah they do allow dear!! while you even have PG certificate from NIT where as they will allow you in the scene if you know any of 2 coding languauges like C,C++,JAVA, python such things but the sadest part is you if you are a fresher in the IT feild they hire you at low package
