BITSAT is an exam where you speed and accuracy is tested.ofcourse the knowledge is also tested but questions are not as tough as jee mains.So, for BITSAT you should have a very good understanding of basic concepts as this will help you get questions done quickly.Start with NCERT,then pick one or two books for each subject.
Physics - HC Verma , DC Pandey , Problems in General Physics by I.E. Irodov and Fundamentals of Physics Resnick, Halliday, Walker

Chemistry - Atkins' Physical Chemistry
Inorganic Chemistry by J.D.Lee
Inorganic Chemistry by O.P.Tandon
Physical Chemistry by N Awasthi
Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by R.C. Mukherjee

Mathematics - Class XI & XII by R.D. Sharma
Differential Calculus by Arihant
Integral Calculus by Arihant
Higher Algebra by Hall Knight Bernard-child

If you want to score 360+ then you will have to complete these books.Solving just NCERTs and arihant will help you to get around 250-280 only.

bitsat consists of 150 questions in total including 40-40 questions of physics and chemistry, 45 for mathematics and remaining foe english and reasoning. So, first of all you must focus on the suject for which you have strong fundamentals. and, try to enhance your weak topics. keep yourself calm. and once your preparation is done, keep revising the syllabus. Also, in the last two months keep solving previous years papers of BITSAT to enhance your time management , keep a stopwatch with you.
