It's very good and useful question for others too and answer to it is a clear cut ' Yes it is helpful.' Briefly let me tell you why :
1. Those questions are selected ones from the important topics so you will get a rough idea that what topics are to be studied with more focus.
2. While solving those previous year question papers you feel more attentive and cautious and pay more attention to the concepts cause subconsciously you know that the question you are solving is more likely to come in exams.
3. Because these papers are designed particularly in a graded fashion like there may be questions that are easy , difficult and more difficult so they check your grasp on that topic at different levels so less likely to forget in exams.
4. These papers are sure short hub of the most significant topics in entire syllabus.
Others benefits like one get to know more about time management and related things. So you should at lest solve previous year question papers.
If there are still any doubts about the related topic let me know in comments below.

The models will be repeated and also you can find some new models on the back side of every chapter.
All the best.
However, let these papers be an adjuvant to your regular practice. Also follow some standard book for all the subjects for getting a grip over MCQs apart from the previous years papers.
Yes it is very helpful. You get to know the pattern of questions they ask. You understand the concepts and you get to practice time management.
Goodluck.

It gives you an idea as to which subject to approach when in the slot of 3 hours.
If you're expecting that you'll get questions common I think that will be a misnomer because the topic so so vast an in-depth at the examination questions that has will be sitting different modalities of questions based on the same topic for every years Neet examinations.
However definitely you will get a proper exposure to the pattern of questions with typical modalities such as which of the following are true or false except and picture based questions.
More importantly you will get a rough Idea as to how much time you can dedicate to the physics numericals the physical chemistry numericals or to the inorganic chemistry balancing which you might get.
The whole purpose of solving previous years papers is to understand the patent the time management and the type of questions which are asked and not in the hope of getting common questions she's usually questions will not be repeated the same topics might be questioned a phone but the exact facts are so the pattern in which they are asked are bound to vary.
Hope this helps thank you
It helps you to assess your preparation and understand the pattern in which the questions will be asked
