In most of the cases it is necessary that you have to speak in english , and sometimes it's depend upon dat person also who is taking your interview and every step has their own value so you have to score well in written and personal interview as well.

in some cases it is important to speak english but sometimes you can be bilingual. But almost it is necessary to speak in the english.
