is spending 4-5lakhs on SAP MM certificate worth it ? with no work experience can I get into sap ?

see it depends on from which institute you are learning sap enterprise course, however in generally companies like camgemini, tech mahindra hires candidates who have experience of 1-2 year in sap domain, but if you are doing it from reputed organization who has tie up with mncs then you may certainly get placmenet. so my suggestion is research about the institution before admission.
