SRKR Engineering College Andhra Pradesh is one of the best colleges for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana students after JNTU and AU.

Placements : Maximum of 70% of students get placed. The lowest salary package offered was 2.50 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 15 LPA. Some of the students, were offered a salary package of 25 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Value Labs, Rukta, 4IQ, Emphasis, TCS, and IG recruit students from the college. Core companies like Panasonic R&D, Hyundai, also visit the campus for placements. The college has a well-trained placement cell, and they provide campus recruitment training which begins from 3rd year in which they teach students how to answer the questions asked at the time of interviews.

Campus : Labs in the college are well-equipped. Each section consists of 60 students. They have a large college library where you can find thousands of books. They have a large playground, basketball court, tennis court. They also have a gym for hostel students. Food served in the canteen is average. Hostel rooms are good.

Faculty : Most of the teachers are always ready to help students regarding doubts related to their subject, projects, etc. Most of the faculty members have done their PhDs. The faculty to student ratio is 1:50.

This college is on the top 5th position in Andhra Pradesh and 84th position in India.
