Dear aspirant,
The neet exam has syllabus according to the NCERT textbooks which are issued by the central government of India. How about these books in itself are not sufficient for neet exam as these books have very concise explanation and you might need help from other help books to understand the topic completely.
Some of these books are HC Verma for physics volume 1 and volume 2
ABC chemistry volume 1 volume 2, op Tandon organic chemistry
Pradeep's Biology
Previous year questions paper books, with 10-30 years previous year papers.
you could also use coaching material from some famous coaching like Aakash Allen resonance etc.
Thank you.
No, you don't need to use your state board books, state boards books has nothing to do with your neet examination, this is because state boards have their own syllabus and it varies from state to state.
Now ,NEET syllabus is the syllabus of ncert for class 11 and 12th for each of physics, chemistry and biology.
So , you should go through ncert for your neet examination and not state board books.
You can get the complete syllabus of neet by going through

Thank you
Hi,
Well the state books are okay but try to study from ncert because they are the base of neet preparation. With ncert you can refer other references in terms of books, packages and notes for more help. Try to solve as many questions as possible.
I hope my answer helps.
All the best.
