The colleges providing good quality MBA education are plenty in Kanpur. STEP HBTI is a good college, considering the reviews of past students. HBTI is a government university and thus the degree has good value. if you work hard and core well and at the same time focus on your personality development, you may end up with a very good management job
still try to aim for admission in the top B-schools if you have to appear for CAT in the future.
