I  would like to clearly your very simple doubt , yes it is students of other states are also eligible to appear in MHT-CET exam but almost 85 percent of seats are reserved for Maharashtra students only due to which competition is very very tough for outside maharashtra students . I would advise you to work very hard and keep other backup options too
