Dear Manoj, Ideally to study PG or PG diploma courses, the minimum eligibility is that you should have studies that subject in your graduation. Ideally BPT doesn't have Zoology as its subject. So you cannot pursue M.Sc in Zoology based on your BPT. You can pursue your Masters in those subjects that you have studied in your Graduation.
