Hello Vashisht Patel,

Studying abroad is a great option. Students who wish to study abroad do not just benefit in the educational department but they are introduced to different cultures, languages, and with that they also have a chance to explore new places. They holistically develop into curious and independent individuals as they are fending on their own in foreign spaces. Studying abroad give students the opportunity to discover their talents and find other aspects of education, be it curricular or extra-curricular, that interests them as they are exposed to a whole new culture with a completely different pattern of functioning and a different set of activities (sports, entertainment etc.). Many opportunities, whether they be related to their career or higher education, open, as an individual who has studied abroad returns with wider perspective of language, culture, identity and they are more open to new concepts and ideas. Moreover, students studying abroad interact with people from different cultural backgrounds, giving them not just an understanding of different cultures but also giving them friends and connections from all around the globe. Studying in a good university abroad opens up the chances of getting good jobs, a foreign education gives the students the exposure to partake all hurdles thrown their way in a professional environment.

However, if you opt to study abroad you need to be extremely motivated and you should be ready to go the extra mile. You need to make up your mind as to what course you want to pursue, which country will you prefer to study in, alongwith it you will have to learn about the fee structure of all universities in the field of your interest, so that you can plan before hand for scholarships if necessary. There are multiple international exams which will help you attain a good scholarship like SAT, ACT, TOEFL and IELTS for undergraduate level education, and GRE, GMAT, TOEFL and IELTS for postgraduate level education.

All the Best!

I hope this helps you!

Hello Vashisht patel......

Getting a foregin exposure is always great, however not many students are able to decide on whether they would like to go for a course abroad or within the country.

Studying abroad always gives a lot of exposure to students which makes them better professionals later in their career, most of the universities abroad have a good standard of education, which is maintained by the educational regulatort bodies of the country.

The university also take efforts to help the students blend with the local envirolment, making the process of adjusting in a new place simpler.

All the best

Thank you

Study aborad good or bad is depend upon your course and college selection, Your age and dertermination to pursue the course.  I have seen cases where students obtain medical degree from China, Philipines, Ukraine, etc. but after completion of their degree they are sitting ideal in India because these countries gave them degrees but not permit them to practice and in India they required to pass the MCI exam which is very tough and the pass percentage is only 10%.  Decide your course and your passion wisely.  Best of Luck.
