Hello Vivek,
For AP EAMCET Counselling, you'll require following documents :
- AP EAMCET rank card
- AP EAMCET hall ticket
- Class 10 and 12 certificate
- Class 10 and 12 marks sheet
- Migration certificate
- Aadhaar card
- Domicile certificate
- Payment receipt of counselling fee
- Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
- Seat allotment letter
- Income certificate (issued in January 1, 2020)
- NCC/CAP/sports/minority certificates
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
Apart from these, you'll need no other Documents for Counselling of AP EAMCET.

Thank you for the response. But I just wanted to know that the study certificates from 6th standard to intermediate are mandatory AS I'M NOT ABLE TO GET THOSE FROM MY SCHOOL. Is it optional or a mandatory?

As it is mentioned in the Official Document of AP EAMCET under the List of Certificates to be produced during the Counselling, it is MANDATORY to provide Study Certificate during counselling.
