Is studying only the NCERT (bio,phy,chem)enough for JIPMER?

The syllabus for JIPMER 2019 has not been specified by the authorities. However, there is a clear mention of State Board and CBSE syllabus of Classes 11 and 12 being considered for the examination. Thus it is highly recommended to be abreast of the State Board syllabus along with the CBSE syllabus for Classes 11 and 12.
