is sunrise university degree valid for upsc and pcs exam?

I hope you are doing good . I would like to know you that sunrise universit was established in the year 2011 . For upsc exam you just need to have bachelors from recongised university by ugc and aicte .So according to ugc rules under 1956 section , sunrise is private university and fully recongised . Hence it shows it is clearly valid for upsc exams
