Look if you have already enrolled yourself in a coaching institute for the preparation of IIT then I don't think you need to be confused, IIT and NEET are two different exams both demand their own time, dedication and efforts. You are just a bit doubtfull that whether you'll be able to crack IIT or not then let me tell you IIT isn't the only option for engineering there are many entrance exams which will give you admission into top government colleges and private universities also but the question here is not about bio maths or computer it is about your interest, that which field excites you more and if it is engineering then there's no point in taking biology however computer will be helpful to you if you want to go in computer science.

However, you can study PCMB if you're really confused between the streams but you have to devote as much time to biology as you devote to PCM.

i feel that pcm with bio is a moderate choice for a jee aspirant. some people also go for it but in that case you have to manage your time very well and i would advise you to be sure about jee or medical as early as possible because the method of preparation is way too different.
