Hello
Choose a stream that piques your curiosity, and the rest will fall into place. It is understandably tempting to prioritise university brand value owing to the numerous options available to students there, but you should not base your decision only on this factor. You may either select a better institution but a branch that is not of your choosing or a lower renowned college but a branch that is of your choice because you already have a field of interest. The drawback of the former is that you will have to put in more work in order to follow your passion, and you may lose out on other important ideas that are part of a thorough computer engineering programme. When applying for internships or placements, coming from a similar field may be valued above topic knowledge. When choosing a course, keep all of these things in mind.
Talking in contrast to the placements and other opportunities in mind. DTU offers a variety of chances and is a superior alternative in terms of exposure and city living. Tier 3, on the other hand, is the perfect option for those seeking a quiet environment. Only choose tier 3 college if you intend to pursue a career in computers. Otherwise, even if you go stats of on-campus, the DTU college designation matters in placements.
Also, I feel that if you were able to get a seat at DTU, it shouldn't be difficult for you to get a seat at a better institution than the one you listed here. You should look into other universities, ideally in metro areas, for the ease of networking and career chances. Isolated colleges have their own set of disadvantages, and it's always preferable to attend one in a larger city because the peer group is more suited.
Hope this help
