Is taking maths in 12 as a subject is compulsory in order to take admission in bcom???

Hey Shweta.

No taking Maths as a subject in 12th is not compulsory to take admission in BCOM.

The criteria for admission will differ for each University/ Institutions. Some of them give extra weightage for maths as a subject in 12th even if you have taken it as an additional subject and marks aren't considered for calculating your percentage. Some institutes have no such criteria or requirements for keeping Maths. Some Universities may have the criteria of keeping maths as a subject for admission in Bcom Hons. It will depend in which University/ Institution you are seeking admission in.
