No, it is not mandatory to take the JEE Mains exam to get admission to the B.Tech program at SAKEC Mumbai. Students who meet the eligibility criteria for admission into SAKEC Mumbai can apply for MHT CET. Those who have passed JEE Main do not need to take the MHT CET. Moreover, those who have passed the MHT CET or JEE Main must complete the Maharashtra B.Tech application. The MHT CET results are made available online by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell. The MHT CET cutoff must be met by students.
