List of documents required for NEET-UG:
DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR AIIMS COUNSELLING
The prospectus of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) states that those called for counselling have to report with the following documents/certificates in original:
- The candidate has to bring their original documents (along with attested photocopies of certificates) for admission in MBBS BDS course.
- Call letter/Hall ticket/ admit card of NEET-UG exam provided by CBSE.
- Date of birth certificate (if metric certificate does not bear the same)
- Result/ Rank letter issued by CBSE.
- Class 10th certificate (for date of birth)
- Class 10+2 certificate
- Class 10+2 marks sheet
- Eight passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form
- Provisional allotment letter generated on-line
- Proof of identity

- Proof of date of birth certificate/mark sheet from the board from which the candidate passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination.
- Migration certificate from the University/board last attended
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Current passport size photograph (front pose) 6 copies.
- One set of self attested copies of all the certificates
