Is Tc compulsory at time of admission for MCA? can I submit it later?

It depends upon your college that TC is necessary or not. Many colleges don't require it while many colleges make it compulsory. You an request your college to extend the time for the submission of TC but be sure to submit it within 15 days of admission.
