Is Telangana local for Andhra Pradesh students?

hi aspirant,
if you are a student who completed ssc in ap then you will be considered as an non local student.
eventhough if you want to study in telangana in case of engineering then there will be no difference bcuz the eligibility criteria of college allotment will be equal for both local and non local students as per previous records.
