If you are not willing to pay donation you need to go through any of the 2 entrance exams and meet their expectations. You should've mentioned a specific course for which you wish to apply.
The admissions to UG courses are given on the basis of COMEDK, the admissions to MBA and MCA are given on the basis of KMAT, and the admissions to M.Tech. and M.Arch courses are given on the basis of PGCET.
Any relaxation in academic eligibility is applicable only to Karnataka candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes.
