Is tfws scheme is available for this year . Registration form don't have option for applying for tfws

Dear aspirant,
If you could kindly specify the state where the forms did not have TFWS? because all states are supposed to provide their students with TFWS. By law as long as admissions are being done through the DTE or the state counselling body, TFWS will be provided as long as income is below a certain limit.
