Hello Muhammed,
The integrated biology course in NISER (National Institute of Science and Research) has its focus on research. It is not the exact equal of a zoology/botany course.
The differences are as follows:
It is a five year program, compared to the 3/2 years a Bachelor's/Master's in Zoology/Botany will take.
It has the option of shifting to other departments in the institute like Physics or Chemistry, based on availability of seats and performance.
The thrust career area in the integrated course will be on research, whereas in applied Botany/Zoology, you can pick outdoor careers like marine biologist or environment conservationist.
In both these fields, you have considerable scope of expanding your career prospects. Good luck!
