Yeah! If you are a lateral entry student then you will get all the preferences as the regular one's. The main difference is that you will provide admission directly to the 2nd year of B.Pharm course. The coursework you will do will be the same as that of the regular students. You can sit for the same placements as the B.Pharm regular candidates and companies don't do any bias regarding the same.
So don't be tensed, you will have the same opportunity as the other. Just focus on the curriculum more and as you have your Diploma done, you suddenly have a better understanding of the subject. So take this advantage and excel in your career.
