is that NCHMCET required to get admission in hotel management?

NCHMCET is just for the government colleges such as IHMs and therefore it is not necessary to appear in the exam if you want to get admitted into hotel management provided you won't get admission in any government college. Private colleges have their own entrance exams for hotel management and you can register for them.
