NEET is the single largest medical entrance test in India for the admission to MBBS, BDS, Ayush Courses like BAMS, BHMS etc. & Veterinary courses including AIIMS & JIPMER.NEET is National Eligibilty cum Entrance Test Undergraduate, as this test was put forward by the central government to eliminate the hustles and corruption of all the state boards and to make a single exam system for the evaluation of the students.

So, there is a chance that from CBSE syllabus the questions are mainly chosen, and less chance from state boards.
