First if all it's 5% seats that are reserved for tfws. These are supernumerary seats  that are added to the existing seat count.

With that being said as long as your parents income is below 6,00,000 and you can produce a certificate of income issues by a competent government authority you can select the tfws seat .

Note: TFWS seats are equally divide into women, physically challenged and EBC/EWS.
