The pandemic is very unpredictable and it's difficult to say anything in advance at this point of time. Till now only final year students are allowed to take the exam and start the classes only if the college decides to do that.

Anything can't be said and if your degree permits then there is a possibility that your classes will happen online.

So be prepared for that.
