Going by ther information provided on the IIT K's web page, it conducts entrance exam for its 3 year LLB programme. more info about this is available here.

Thanks for the question, guiding you I want to say,
India's premiere institute, the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur has decided to grant admission to its 3 year LLB program in Intellectual Property Laws to students on the basis of the score achieved at the Law School Admission Test (LSAT).
With this development, the law school in IIT Kharagpur has become the only IIT to give recognition to LSAT.
Eligibility: Students with LSAT-India or LSAT-global scores within India and abroad.
