Hello Raish, If you are allocated a seat, then i don't think the fee is refundable because the college provided you a seat and if you decide to leave in between then that will leave that seat vacant and that would be a loss for the college. If you bail out before the allocation is done, then you will get the refund back but not after you have been given the seat.
I was not allotted any seat in all round of Rajasthan neet counselling.
