Up c a t e t is the exam of Uttar Pradesh combined agriculture and Technology entrance test that is taken for admission in different courses of Agriculture and Technology in the states of Uttar Pradesh. This exam is held once in a year in the state of Uttar Pradesh for admission in Agriculture and Technology. The entrance test  is taken on the basis of 12th class syllabus and the NCERT books are very helpful in this entrance test to be successful.

The Uttar Pradesh Combined Agricultural and Technology Entrance Test (UPCATET) is held for students residing in the state of Uttar Pradesh to get admission to various UG, PG, and Ph.D. degrees in Agricultural Technology. It is held on a rotating basis by four universities affiliated with Uttar Pradesh Krishi Avam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya. UPCATET 2022 is expected to be held this year at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology in Meerut.

On March 1, 2022, the UPCATET 2022 Application Form was made available. Application forms are available online through UPCATET's official website (upcatetadmissions.org).

According to eligibility criteria, for B.Sc Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Fishery , veterinary and Home Science, 12th grade is sufficient along with that the candidate , Before completing the application form, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements. All applicants must provide a physical fitness certificate signed by a qualified medical practitioner in the format specified on the official website.

I hope you are doing good. According to yohr query , if you want to give UPCATET exam then your class 12 course is not enough for the preparation. If you enroll yourself for the PG course and you are belong to PCM stream then you have to prepare the course of both the classes 11th and 12th i.e. physics, chemistry and mathematics and general studies are also important .
