Is the degree of private college is valid for the job anywhere in the world and that college is attach to UGC???

Hi Dear,
Yes, degree from UGC approved private colleges is valid anywhere in the country. However, all degrees might not be valid across globe. You'll have to check the norms of the institute outside India with respect to acceptance of different degrees from private institutes separately.
