Is the Electronics and Communication Engineering is best for future.? And if i study this then i will taken into the computer science field?

If you so wish to enter the Computer Science field, go for Computer Science engineering or Information Technology, because it's more suited for the purpose. However, in India, people from various streams can still avaid placement in the IT field, so ECE is okay. The best for future question, I can't answer. The demand for CSE is more, so it's better in terms of future.
