Hello Aspirant
I am a student in MA English with Communication Studies in Christ University and I believe I am best suited to answer your question.
For all the Master's programs, Christ has no entrance exam, it's just a personal interview. Entrance exams are for the Bachelor's courses, followed by an interview.
When you fill the form, they give you a date for an interview and it is a necessity to reach Bangalore (or another campus if you filled for Delhi or Lavasa Campus) on that same date, they do not entertain late comers. The interview is conducted in the Campus only, no online interview.
In the interview, they ask questions related to your domain, nothing outside it. For me, they asked questions from Linguistics - the difference between Language, Dialects, and Slang, what is ELT, structuralism, define Pidgin and Register, and other questions.
Once you are selected, they'll ask you to come to the University again for the admission process. Again, they do not entertain late comers.
After the admission, you'll be given an orientation along with your parents (yes, they require your parents to accompany you in the admission process).
When you join college for the classes, one more orientation will be given and congratulations! You are now a Christite!
Hope this helps
