Hey Naveen.
The NDA exam for getting into the Army wing is same for students of each stream. You need to pass 12th Class in order to be eligible from any stream. Other than getting into the Naval wing and the Air force wing through NDA, youd require to have passed Mathematics and Physics subjects in your 12th class.
