See..The cut off usually doesn't depend upon the difference in answer keys. Only the official answer key would be considered as those answers are correct according to them. Also cut off depends upon the percentage of marks students have scored and that has nothing to do with the official or unofficial key. For any multiple choice or wrong question bonus marks will be given to all. Hope this helps..
