Is the JIPMER exam cancelled from 2020 and from 2020 there will be only one NEET EXAM for the MBBS COURSE? Can you Explain me detail about it? and I want the syllabus of JIPMER EXAM and the Pattern and how the questions being asked?

Hello,

yes, the exam has been cancelled for 2020 . The syllabus for the JIPMER exam entrance will be prescribed by state board higher secondary and CBSE of 11th and 12th syllabus. candidates should follow the NCERT books along some reference books . ITt include physics, biology , chemistry, logical Quantitative reasoning and English.

thank you Mam! But I need the answer if JIPMER is cancelled for 2020 only or From 2020 there will be No JIPMER exam.

It has been said that from the year of 2020 onwards JIpmer will not conduct entrance exam for mbbs admission as it combine with NEET.

Hi aspirant!

JIPMER 2020 entrance exam syllabus will be based on the syllabus as prescribed by the State Board Higher Secondary and CBSE for 11th and 12th standards. Candidates are advised to go through the complete syllabus prescribed by the authority on the website. Candidates can follow the NCERT books along with some other reference books. It covers the subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Logical Quantitative Reasoning and English & Comprehension. Below candidates can check the complete syllabus which is given subject-wise.

Physics syllabus:

Physics syllabus will include questions from topics like Electrostatics, Thermodynamics, Current Electricity, Magnetic effect of current & Magnetism, Electromagnetic Induction & Alternating Current, Electromagnetic Waves, Optics, Dual Nature of Matter, Atoms & Nuclei, Electronic Devices and Communication Systems.

Chemistry syllabus:

Solid State, Coordination Compounds, Solutions, Haloalkanes and Haloarenes, Electro-chemistry, Alcohols, Phenols and Ethers, Chemical Kinetics, aldehyde, Ketone and Carboxylic Acids, Surface Chemistry, Organic Compounds containing Nitrogen, Isolation of Elements, Biomolecules, p-Block Elements, Polymers, d- and f-Block Elements and Chemistry in Everyday Life.

Logic and qualitative reasoning:

Logic and Quantitative Reasoning will include questions from the topics like Substitutions, Blood Relations, Quantitative Aptitude, Figure Completion Test, Coding and Decoding, Number and Alphabetical Series.

Biology syllabus:

Biology will contain topics as Diversity of Living Organisms, Cell Structure and Function, Ecology and Environment, Human Physiology, Genetics and Evolution, Plant Physiology, Structural Organization in Animals and Plants, Biology and Human Welfare and Biotechnology.

English syllabus:

  • Section A: Reading Unseen Passages and Note-making
  • Section B: Writing Skills
  • Section C: Literature and Long Reading Text

Jipmer exam will be held in second week of December 2020.
