Dear Paul, IIT Delhi has announced that the last date to submit the GATE 2020 applications is September 24th, 2019 until 5.00pm IST. This is however without late fees. Candidates can fill in the application form until October 1st, 2019 with a late fee of Rs. 500. So even if you miss September 24th deadline, you still have time until October 1st.
