is the mbbs aspirants from other states can participate in Tamilnadu MBBS Councelling

Hello Swapan, Yes, Candidates from other states can take admission in Tamilnadu MBBS counseling too but they will be considered as All India quota candidates and the cutoff for such candidates is very high due to very less number of seats available, there are about 15% seats only for such candidates.
