Your board score is required to be eligible apply for NEET Entrance Exam. You should have minimum 50% PCB score as General category & 40% as a reserved category in class 12th.
The admission in medical colleges is based on the Exam score only.

NEET result is completely based upon your performance in NEET entrance exam .. Your 12th marks only account for the eligibility criteria of NEET exam. For fulfilling the minimum educational qualification , candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board. And the aggregate of narks in PCB shouldd bee minimum 50% for UR students , 45% for PWD students , 40% for OBC/SC/ST students.
