Hello student, the minimum required marks for any OBC category students to get admission into any medical college is 500 and above. According to the cut off marks for 2018, the cut off marks for most of the colleges is 550 and more. The cut off marks change every year, therefore, a higher score than the previous year's cut off marks will always have a higher chance for admissions.

Looking at the previous year's cut off marks, it is difficult for a student scoring 405 marks to get admission in any medical college. The chances of getting admission is very low for both private as well as medical colleges in All India as well as State wise Quota.

All the best!
