Yes, you need to be physically fit and you don't need to be worry so much about your height or weight.Relaxation of +/- 5 kgs is given to weight (prescribed weight by NDA).You should be 57 kgs for your given height as prescribed by NDA.As you are over weight you need to put down some weight.You need to come down to 57-62kgs.The most important criteria for selection is you merit and performance later comes physical fitness.So if you perform very well, you will be given relaxation, if required you need to put down weight if that happens.
But to be on safe side you need to put down your weight before itself.
