You will be amazed to know that portion asked in any Engineering Entrance in India at +2 level including JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, BITSAT, state entrances and private college exams is 95% same. Only difficulty and time management matters.

In comparison between JEE Mains and BITSAT, both have the same portion except BITSAT contains some English grammar and mental ability questions which you can solve spontaneously(no need to study). Another major difference is that questions are easy to compare to JEE Mains but your time management must n=be at its best to complete the paper.

For the BITSAT, i will advice you to get the book for BITSAT from Arihant Publications beacuse the type of questions differ from that comes in JEE.

JEE MAINS Questions:- Easy and Moderate level

BITSAT Questions:- Moderate level

JEE ADVANCE Questions:- Difficult level 

all the exam after the +2 for entering to engineering steam have the same potions physics ,mathematics and chemistry if the student is good at the academics and has a sound of knowledge it was not a difficult task to clear those exams and should be well organized in english grammar all the best

If you are well prepared for JEE Main then it would be helpful for BITSAT Entrance Exam but Apart from the topics of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, you also need to be well versed in English Grammar, Vocabulary Reading Comprehension, Composition, Verbal Reasoning and Non-verbal Reasoning for BITSAT.
